Programmable Lead Wire Spooler rolls extruded wire on spools of desired size and dimension. LWD works in coordination with the Lead Wire Extruder, automatically adjusting the spooling speed to the speed of extrusion and pausing spooling during the billet reloading process. Similarly, the LWD pauses the extrusion process once spool reaches required weight to allow for spool change.
